Hiring - Firing - Performance Evaluations

Question: Discuss arguments for and against the firing. Also, what disciplinary action, if any, is appropriate for the other employees? Answer: Firing The employee was mainly fired for inappropriate behavior that was executed to spoil the reputation of the company. The employee was mainly badmouthing about the company by posting a video on a major video website that will spoil the reputation of the company (Monroy Rieders, 2014). The negative action by the employee will disrupt the status of the company. The other employees were not inside the office premises and thus they were free to sing silly and raunchy songs. However, capturing the video and posting on video website was a major disciplinary action (Muller, 2013). References Monroy, M., Rieders, L. (2014).
